TrainEar Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the mobile application TrainEar, developed by Darío Cuauhtémoc Peña Mariano(hereinafter, "the developer"), with contact email 1450ed@gmail.com.

By using TrainEar, we collect the following personal and usage data:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • UID (unique user identifier)

  • User progress in the app

  • Last activity timestamps

  • Premium membership status and purchase date

  • User’s preferred language

These data are collected through authentication with Google or Apple ID and through regular use of the app.

2. Purpose of Data Use

The collected data is used for the following purposes:

  • User authentication (signing in and maintaining active sessions)

  • Identifying user accounts in the database

  • Saving and syncing user progress across devices

  • Enabling and managing premium features

  • Displaying content in the user's preferred language

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which may process or receive some data:

  • Firebase Authentication and Firestore (Google): For secure authentication and data storage.

  • ISAR (local database): For storing data locally on the device.

  • RevenueCat: For managing and validating in-app purchases and premium subscriptions.

  • Google AdMob and Google Analytics: For displaying personalized ads. While we do not directly share data with these services, they may collect information through their integrated SDKs.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

User data is retained as long as the account remains active.
If a user chooses to delete their account, the following data will be automatically deleted:

  • Their Firebase Authentication account

  • Their stored data in Firestore

5. User Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Request corrections

  • Request deletion (right to erasure)

  • Object to data processing (where legally applicable)

You may exercise these rights by deleting your account within the app or contacting us via the email above.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified through the app or by email, if applicable.
