Welcome to TrainEar, an educational application developed by Darío Cuauhtémoc Peña Mariano, based in Mexico City, Mexico. By using this app, you agree to the following terms and conditions of use.

1. Service Description

TrainEar is an educational app focused on musical ear training. Using algorithms and artificial intelligence, the app evaluates the user’s auditory skills and generates personalized exercises involving notes, intervals, and chords in a game-like format. The app will also gradually include music theory lessons.

2. Use of the App

  • The app may be used by individuals ages 4 and up, but due to the presence of ads and in-app purchases, children must be supervised by an adult.

  • The app is intended solely for educational purposes.

  • It is strictly prohibited to:

    • Manipulate, decompile, or modify the app’s code or data.

    • Access premium features without having made the appropriate payment.

    • Use the app in ways that violate these terms.

3. Usage Model and Subscriptions

  • TrainEar is free to download and includes ads.

  • A premium subscription is available that removes all ads from the app.

  • Premium features may expand in the future. Users will be notified of such changes within the app.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available for users who choose to cancel their subscription for personal reasons.

  • Refunds will only be considered if the user is unable to access premium features after a valid purchase and reports the issue to the developer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, exercises, text, images, and app structure are the exclusive property of Darío Cuauhtémoc Peña Mariano. Copying, distributing, or modifying any part of the app without permission is strictly prohibited.

TrainEar is not responsible for errors resulting from misuse of the app, interruptions caused by third-party services, or issues originating from the user’s device.
